PuSheng Biotech Corporation (GBC), established in 1984, specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of in vitro diagnostic reagents and pharmaceuticals. Their diagnostic reagents cover areas such as hepatitis, tumor markers, pregnancy, thyroid, and steroids, providing accurate medical assessments for clinical professionals. They also apply antimicrobial peptides to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and oral care products as consumer goods.

The surrounding area of the project site is a rapidly developing residential zone in Zhubei City, close to commercial and administrative centers, and just a 9-minute drive from the Hsinchu Science Park in Hsinchu City. This location facilitates the exchange of technology and information between the two facilities.
