The above-ground structural construction will utilize the precast construction method, and the structural system will adopt a resilient moment-resisting frame system. The overall planning and design concept is “Rising Sun,” symbolizing the site’s orientation towards the sunrise and its ability to gather and distribute energy. The design follows the principle of “harmonizing with nature,” allowing for a natural flow and free ventilation within the architectural volume. The objective is to create a building space that is “fully functional,” providing both comfort and efficiency.

On the second floor, precast granite panels in coffee color will be applied as the architectural base, while the upper part of the building will feature baked enamel composite metal panels (sandwich panels) in high-brightness, low-chroma white and light gray, complying with urban design review principles. These colors will represent the predominant colors of the building’s main surface material. Regarding the building facade, the first and second floors, which mainly comprise public spaces, will be designed using precast wall panels covered with coffee-colored stone or woodgrain ceramic tiles. This design concept aims to present a sense of solidity and stability, symbolizing the building’s firm foundation and composed temperament. The third floor will include a recreational terrace with a misty metal and glass composition to create a transitional layer. From the fourth to the ninth floors, white sandwich wall panels will be used to convey a fresh and sleek technological aesthetic, incorporating modern technological symbols of computer coding system (0 and 1) as the vocabulary and window design on the facade.
