The Holy Love Mountain Resort is located in the Taiping District of Taichung City, covering an area of approximately 8.5080 hectares. It is surrounded by a rich natural ecology and offers convenient transportation, making it the backyard of the urban area. With the principles of simplicity, nature, tranquility, and environmental friendliness, the Holy Love Mountain Resort not only provides religious spiritual services but also operates a day care center for the elderly, “Eternal Happiness Academy,” senior classrooms, and vitality classrooms, among other diversified courses, to create a relaxed learning environment for the elderly.

The issues of declining birth rates and an aging population are inevitable challenges faced by society today, making elderly care an extremely important aspect of Taiwanese society. In this context, promoting “ageing in place” has become a shared goal of various government departments and private welfare organizations in recent years.

Taking advantage of the renovation and expansion of the Holy Love Mountain Resort, our company aims to reevaluate and utilize the available space within the campus. Drawing on the experience of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd in providing medical services and operating the Eternal Happiness Academy, we aspire to preserve the existing ecological features while providing a nurturing and learning environment for the elderly during the daytime. We aim to contribute to the national social welfare efforts. Through the execution of the feasibility assessment for this project, we hope to examine and adjust the positioning, functions, and scale of the Holy Love Mountain Resort from the perspective of industry or market development feasibility. Furthermore, by implementing sustainable operational management planning, we seek to create a haven for the elderly while achieving environmental sustainability and promoting the enhancement of human well-being.
